Retro, stylish, and owned by the prolific, “happy chic” Jonathan Adler, this Shelter Island beach retreat is newly on the rental market for $11K for the month of July. While the three-bedroom, 1,299-square-foot property has pretty much been featured by every single design publication on the planet, the latest batch of listing photos offer a peek at what the A-frame “modernist fantasy” looks like without the glossy, shelter mag treatment.
