The result, according to the brokerbabble, is an “adept interpretation of California modernist style” and “a comprehensive blending of the sensibilities of Schindler and Neutra, with delicate Japanese influences.” Standouts here include a driveway lined with bamboo, an entry bridge (“the balance of striking geometric angles with the soft landing of a water”), shoji screen-inspired interior woodwork, and a double-height living room.
